NOVELTY - Preparing plasma separation membrane involves adding O-carboxymethyl chitosan solution to hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT), ethylene dichloride (EDCl), N-tert.-butoxycarbonyl-ethylenediamine solution to obtain solution A, stirring, filtering, washing to obtain bisaminochitosanediamine derivative protected by tert.-butoxycaronyl; adding trifluoroacetic acid to stir and react; adding saturated aqueous solution of inorganic alkali, continuously stirring, reacting, filtering, washing; adding graphene oxide blending ultrasonic, adding 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and N,N'-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC), refluxing, stirring to obtain dispersion solution, washing dispersion liquid with deionized water, methanol and acetone, and drying; uniformly dispersing double-amino-graphene oxide hybrid material in solvent to obtain deposition liquid; sealing one end of alumina hollow deposition liquid USE - Method for preparing plasma separation membrane used in separation of blood cells, plasma, and other bodily fluids.
