▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal ultra-thin nanosheet similar to graphene comprises (1) crushing and pre-treating selenium source of bulk crystal, (2) using selenium source and vanadium source in a molar ratio of 2-4:1, dissolving selenium source in 30 ml dimethylformamide, sealing and ultrasonically dispersing, adding vanadium source, magnetic stirring, adding formic acid under condition of stirring in fume hood to obtain mixed solution of selenium source, vanadium source, reducing agent and reaction solvent, (3) transferring mixed solution to high temperature and high pressure reaction kettle with a polytetrafluoroethylene lining, sealing reaction kettle, and placing in an oven for high temperature reaction, (4) cooling, rinsing product with deionized water and absolute ethanol by centrifugation for 3-6 times, and placing obtained solid into a vacuum drying box and drying, and (5) placing final solid sample into a tube furnace, and annealing treatment under protection of inert gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing metal ultra-thin nanosheet similar to graphene, which is useful in anode material of aluminum ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, short preparation period, mild reaction characteristics, and easy control of reaction characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a metal ultra-thin nanosheet similar to graphene.
