▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high heat-conducting aluminum nitride/graphene composite ceramic part, comprises (i) taking nano-aluminum nitride powder as raw material, adding nano-graphene particles, and adding rare-earth element halide or oxide as sintering auxiliary agent, (ii) taking mixed powder and binder and mixing uniformly to prepare feeding material, (iii) adopting injection molding technology to form blank from feeding material, (iv) transferring the formed blank into a degreasing furnace, heating at certain temperature at a certain heating rate, and carrying out heat preservation for a period of time for degreasing, and (v) heating the degreased blank at a certain temperature at a certain speed for sintering, and carrying out heat preservation for a period of time to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high heat-conducting aluminum nitride/graphene composite ceramic part. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes graphene particles, which enables the preparation of high heat-conducting aluminum nitride/graphene composite ceramic part with improved heat transfer, improved thermal conductivity, improved density, and improved mechanical property.
