▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for liquid-phase stripping bulk preparation of high-quality graphene, involves (i) mixing graphite powder, auxiliary release agent, dispersant and deionized water to obtain reaction mixture (A), (ii) ultrasonically processing the reaction mixture (A) at 0-100 degrees C using 100-1500 W ultrasonic cell disrupter or 100-1500 W ultrasonic cleaner, or ultrasonically processing by stirring to obtain reaction mixture (B), (iii) using centrifugal separation for settlement, filtering to obtain a precipitate, washing precipitate with mixed solvent of deionized water and ethanol and drying. USE - Method for liquid-phase stripping bulk preparation of high-quality graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, and ensures safety and environmental protection, and reduces preparation cost. The prepared graphene has low defect and high quality graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for liquid-phase stripping bulk preparation of high-quality graphene, involves (i) mixing graphite powder, auxiliary release agent, dispersant and deionized water to obtain reaction mixture (A), (ii) ultrasonically processing the reaction mixture (A) at 0-100 degrees C for a predetermined time using 100-1500 W ultrasonic cell disrupter or 100-1500 W ultrasonic cleaner, or ultrasonically processing the reaction mixture (A) by stirring for a predetermined time to obtain reaction mixture (B), (iii) using centrifugal separation for settlement, filtering to obtain a precipitate, washing the precipitate with a mixed solvent of deionized water and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:1-1:10, finally drying to obtain high-quality graphene powder where the addition of accelerator is avoided in the preparation of high-quality graphene.
