▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ion-exchange membrane is prepared by subjecting a raw material comprising an organic polyvinylidene fluoride resin and sulfonated graphene in mass ratio of 1-15:1, to blade coating. The ion-exchange membrane has pore size of 0.1-10 nm and porosity of 30-60%. USE - Ion-exchange membrane is used in lithium-sulfur secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The ion-exchange membrane enables conduction of lithium ions with high ion-permeation selectivity due to special lattice structure, and can be mass produced by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ion-exchange membrane, which involves dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in an organic solvent, adding sulfonated graphene, stirring for 1-3 hours, obtaining a solution having concentration of 3-16% and solid content of 3-10%, coating resultant solution on a glass plate by blade coating process, drying the coating film at 60-70 degrees C and atmospheric pressure for 2-3 hours, and vacuum-drying at 60-70 degrees C for 12 hours or more.
