▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A room temperature curable inorganic coating comprises first component and second component at mass ratio of 4-5:1. The first component comprises 50-65 pts. wt. metal phosphate adhesive, 33-42 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. manganese dihydrogen phosphate and 0-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The second component comprises 50-65 pts. wt. silica, 10-15 pts. wt. high alumina cement, 15-25 pts. wt. clay powder and 8-15 pts. wt. magnesium oxide. The metal ions in metal phosphate adhesive are aluminum ions, zinc ions, copper ions, ferric ions, ferrous ions and/or calcium ions. The graphene oxide has thickness of 4-20 nm and microchip size of 5-10 mu m. USE - Room temperature curable inorganic coating used for metal substrate (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the inorganic coating comprising mixing metal compound and phosphoric acid solution, heating to obtain metal phosphate adhesive; ball milling aluminum oxide, graphene oxide and manganese dihydrogen phosphate at speed of 250-300 revolutions/minute for 5-10 hours, and standing for 20-30 hours, adding metal phosphate adhesive to obtain first component; and mixing second component raw materials, stirring, adding to first component, and mixing; and (2) application of inorganic coating comprising coating on surface of metal substrate until coating thickness is 0.1-0.4 mm.
