NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a first organic alcohol aqueous solution. A nano carbon material is added under the stirring condition. The ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain nano carbon slurry. A second organic alcohol aqueous solution is prepared. A porous material is added under the stirring condition. The ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain porous material slurry. The nano-carbon slurry is uniformly coated on one surface of non-woven fabric or woven fabric. The porous material slurry is uniformly coated on the other side of the non-woven fabric or the woven fabric. The photothermal regeneration mask core layer material is obtained. USE - Method for preparing photothermal regeneration mask core layer material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare photo-thermal regeneration mask core layer material that provides high stability, waterproof, ventilating, and photothermal sterilizing which is applied to fast preparation of virus protective filter layer material, and provides high bacterial filtering efficiency of more than 99% and particle filtering efficiency exceeds 96% and exceeds the medical surgical mask level. The method is simple, convenient, and does not requires macromolecule adhesive and heating or pre-processing. The ternary composite structure material provides long-acting protection and recyclable regeneration, and realizes the processing and preparation of the photothermal regenerative medical respirator by simple spraying. The mask provides high-efficiency penetration and high filterability.
