NOVELTY - A three-dimensional carbon-silicon composite material comprises a core-shell structure comprising nano silicon as core, and composite of carbon nanotubes, graphene and amorphous carbon as shell. The thickness ratio of core and shell is 100:(5-20). USE - Three-dimensional carbon-silicon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional carbon-silicon composite material has excellent transmission rate of electrons and ions, and cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves adding phenolic resin to deionized water to prepare a solution with a concentration of 2-10%, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution and hydroxylated carbon nanotube aqueous solution, mixing, obtaining a solution (A) with concentration of 1-5%, adding silane coupling agent to ethanol/water mixture, stirring, add nano silicon, mixing, obtaining solution (B) with concentration of 1-10%, adding solutions (A) and (B) to a three-neck flask, adding catalyst solution with concentration of 1-10%, reacting, filtering, drying to obtain composite material (C), transferring to furnace, introducing inert atmosphere, supplying carbon source gas, heating, stop feeding the carbon source gas, supplying inert gas, naturally cooling to room temperature, and crushing.
