NOVELTY - Preparing parallel multi-dimensional crimped polyethylene terephthalate/polyamide 6 (PET/PA6) two-component antistatic and anti-ultraviolet fiber, involves selecting a bi-component material, respectively heating two groups of fibers, and respectively carrying out melt spinning after heating. The PET and PA6 are blend in a mass ratio of 0.5-2.0 and PA6 antistatic material is obtained. A spinning grade slice with an antistatic function is prepared by melting, blending and extruding nano powder with a conductive function and PA6 polyester material through a double screw, where the double screw processing temperature is 225-270degrees Celsius, screw rotating speed is 100-500 revolution/minute (r/min), particle size of nano powder is 20-100nm, and content of the nano powder in the PA6 functional slice is 2-10 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing parallel multi-dimensional crimped polyethylene terephthalate/polyamide 6 (PET/PA6) two-component antistatic and anti-ultraviolet fiber ADVANTAGE - The method widens the application range of synthetic fibers, maintains the mechanical property of the anti-ultraviolet PET by in-situ polymerization, has good weaving performance, increases the additional value of the fibers and fabrics, and expands the application field of the anti-ultraviolet PET in the textile range. The spinning-grade slices are prepared through granulation, where the polymerization temperature is 270-290degrees Celsius, and content of the ultraviolet resistant compound auxiliary agent in PET functional slices is 0.5-3 wt.%.
