NOVELTY - Color masterbatch comprises 50-70 pts. wt. toner, 20-30 pts. wt. first substrate (fluorosilicone elastomer, polyolefin elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer), 5-10 pts. wt. second substrate, 1-2 pts. wt. insulating additive graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. reinforced additive nano carbon fiber and 1-5 pts. wt. processing assistant agent. USE - Used as color masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The color masterbatch: has elongation property and better flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing color masterbatch comprising (i) taking insulating additive graphene oxide and reinforced additive nano carbon fiber and dry ball milling for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture A, (ii) taking toner and first substrate (fluorosilicone elastomer, polyolefin elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer), and then ball milling for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture B, (iii) mixing mixture A and mixture B, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-1 hours to obtain mixture C, (iv) pouring the mixture C into the internal mixer and stirring until it has a block-shaped structure to obtain mixture D, and (v) pouring the mixture D into a twin-screw extruder to melting, extruding and granulating to obtain final product.
