NOVELTY - Paint comprises nickel coated on surface of copper powder, carbon nanotubes grown on the surface of the nickel, and graphene synthesized on the copper powder in which the carbon nanotubes are cultured. USE - The paint is useful as thermal conduction electromagnetic interference shield coating for semiconductor device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint dissipates heat generated from semiconductor device, reduces electromagnetic interference, and improves service life of electronic device.
