NOVELTY - A multi-layer structure color asphalt tile comprises modified asphalt layer, carbon fiber net and second modified asphalt layer from up to down. The first modified asphalt layer, carbon fiber net and second modified asphalt layer are combined by hot pressing molding. The first modified asphalt layer comprises 10-30 pts. wt. petroleum asphalt, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. natural stone powder, 5-10 pts. wt. rubber powder, 8-10 pts. wt. asphalt modifier, 6-10 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 2-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, and 2-8 pts. wt. water reducing agent. The second modified asphalt layer comprises 10-30 pts. wt. natural asphalt, 10-30 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. rubber powder, 8-10 asphalt modifier, 6-10 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 2-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, and 2-8 pts. wt. water reducing agent. USE - Color asphalt tile used as construction material. ADVANTAGE - The tile solves problem of low strength, poor corrosion resistance, and easy to crack.
