▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a main body provided with a structured graphene positive electrode layer (2) and a structured graphene negative electrode layer (5). The structured graphene positive electrode layer and the structured graphene negative electrode layer are sequentially arranged from front to back sides. A rectangular silicon scattering unit (7) is arranged on a high-resistance silicon substrate. A geometric phase ultra-surface (4) provides orthogonal polarization conversion and spatial gradient phase arrangement for a circular polarization wave, where the structured graphene positive electrode layer and the structured graphene negative electrode layer are provided with function of initial liquid crystal molecule orientation arrangement for applying external electric field dynamic regulation to a liquid crystal layer (3) to provide the liquid crystal layer with adjustable polarization conversion effect to terahertz wave. USE - Terahertz liquid wafer polarization beam scanning device. ADVANTAGE - The device uses liquid crystal as tunable material with low loss, and realizes easy processing and manufacturing process, obtains terahertz frequency band with better dielectric adjustable performance. The liquid crystal layer reduces need for polarization conversion effect so as to change polarization state of the circular polarized light incident to the geometric phase ultra-surface by changing an external electric field. The micro-structure device reduces need for large volume for optical components. The device is easy to package, easy to manufacture, and has low processing difficulty, and improve service life and stability of the device.
