▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film involves mixing carbon dioxide in solution containing graphene oxide sheet and calcium chloride, filtering obtained mixture, drying, forming spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate vaterite, and performing reduction process of formed spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate vaterite to obtain graphene oxide-calcium carbonate. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film used for manufacture of graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite crystal (all claimed). The graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film is useful for culturing osteoblasts and is used in various clinical and biomedical fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film having high bioactivity, bioavailability and biocompatibility. The osteoblasts cultured using the graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film has high viability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film; (2) manufacture of graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite crystal; and (3) graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite crystal.
