NOVELTY - The battery has a motor (2) placed on a top center of a supporting seat (1). A light absorbing device (3) is movably provided with a left side portion of the motor. The light absorbing device is provided with a supporting shaft, a light absorbing plate and a pushing mechanism. The supporting shaft is placed on a right side portion of the light absorbing device. A middle portion of the right side of the light absorbing plate is provided with a top end of the supporting shaft. The pushing mechanism is formed between the right side of the light absorbing plate and an upper surface of the supporting shaft. The pushing mechanism is formed with a supporting block, a pushing block, a clamping groove, a connecting rod and a reset rod. USE - High-performance graphene solar battery for use during sunny and rainy days. ADVANTAGE - The battery can accelerate water ball vibrating flow on the surface of the light absorbing plate to flow water away from the surface of the light absorbing plate, reduces the water bead stayed on the surface of the solar panel, reduces rain drops in a panel surface to increase reflection of the sunshine so as to improve solar energy absorption of light energy, thus increasing generation amount of the electric energy, because the slot and the connecting rod form a certain gap, and hence preventing rainwater from easily entering into the slot along the gap and the gap of the connecting rod, when an outside of the connecting rod is provided with a collecting mechanism to collect external rainwater, and reduces the gap between grooves along the clamping groove and the connecting rod, and accelerates the reset rod deformation reset speed, when the reset rod pushes the pushing block to move.
