NOVELTY - Preparing flexible positive electrode material of zinc ion battery comprises soaking the carbon cloth or the graphene cloth in the inorganic acid to obtain the pre-treated carbon cloth, mixing the molybdenum source and carbon cloth or graphene obtained in the solvent, and adding selenium source to obtain mixed solution, and carrying out hydro-thermal reaction to the mixed solution, obtaining 1T phase molybdic diselenide/carbon cloth composite material, namely the flexible cathode of the zinc ion battery. USE - Method for preparing flexible positive electrode material for zinc ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flexible positive electrode material for zinc ion battery, which has a large layer spacing, high conductivity and hydrophilicity and an ideal piezoelectric coefficient, further ensures the diffusion rate of zinc ions, show ideal electrochemical performance at room temperature and low temperature, effectively broadens the use temperature of zinc-ion batteries, and provides a good idea for the further design of high-capacity fast charging electrodes of flexible low-temperature zinc-ion batteries. The flexible cathode material inherits the high flexibility of carbon cloth or graphene and can be directly used as the cathode without additional conductive agents and binders, further improves its energy density and makes up for the gap in the research of low-temperature wearable energy storage devices of zinc-ion batteries.
