NOVELTY - Reinforcement of concrete structure involves (a) grinding the surface of the structure to treat the surface and washing with water, (b) applying a mixture (A) by mixing 65-85pts. wt. organic binder(s) chosen from thermoplastic polyurethane, ethylene vinyl acetate, epoxy resin, PVC and polyvinyl chloride on the surface of the surface-treated structure and 15-35 pts. wt. inorganic binder(s) chosen from silica powder, zeolite powder and marble powder and drying, (c) applying a mixture (B) by mixing 60-75 pts. wt. organic binder on the surface of the structure by applying the mixture (A), carbon material(s) chosen from graphene, single-walled carbon nanotubes and multiwalled carbon nanotubes and at least one antifoaming agent selected from dimethylpolysiloxane and polyethylvinylether, and (d) applying a mixture (C) obtained by mixing 90-99 pts. wt. organic binder and 1-10 pts. wt. antifoaming agent on the surface of the structure by applying the mixture (B) and drying the mixture. USE - Reinforcement of concrete structure used for interior and exterior material of building column, beams and floor surface, and providing foundation for seismic reinforcement and repair treatment. Uses include but are not limited to high speed rail, school, public building, and road facility. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reinforcement of concrete structure having excellent durability, mechanical performance, tensile strength, waterproof properties and moisture resistance. When the reinforcement is applied, the reinforcement can be prevented from dropping out due to external weather, climate and humidity and suppressed deterioration of the repair treatment effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a reinforcing material, which is obtained by preparing a material (M1) by mixing the carbon material, the inorganic material, the organic binder, antifoaming agent, waterproofing aid including tetraethylorthosilicate and glycerol, preparing a material (M2) by mixing 75-90 pts. wt. substance (A), 5-15 pts. wt. dispersant containing glycerol and 1-10 pts. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile, preparing a material (C) by mixing 95-95.5 pts. wt. material (B) and 0.5-5 pts. wt. 0.1M hydrochloric acid, and mixing 75-90 pts. wt. material (C), 5-15 pts. wt. additive including colloidal silica and heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrodecyltrimethoxysilane, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. ammonia.
