▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reduced graphene modified glassy carbon electrode is used by electrochemical sensor as carrier loaded with 7-113 mu g/m2 graphene as identifying element. USE - Reduced graphene modified glassy carbon electrode used by electrochemical sensor as carrier, and used to measure kojic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene modified glassy carbon electrode can be directly used in fast electrochemical measurement of kojic acid and is sensitive and accurate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of reduced graphene modified glassy carbon electrode comprising mixing (g) natural black lead (0.5-2), sodium nitrate (NaNO3, 0.5-2) and concentrated sulfuric acid (40-60 mL), magnetically stirring for 3-5 hours under ice bath at 0 degrees C, slowing adding potassium permanganate (KMnO4, 5-7 g), removing ice bath, stirring for 1-3 hours under natural condition, slowing adding water (80-100 mL) and stirring for 10-20 minutes under water bath at 90-100 degrees C, adding warm water (200-300 mL) and hydrogen peroxide (10-30 mL), centrifuging and washing liquid by hydrochloric acid (HCl) and water, drying for 24-68 hours at 40-60 degrees C and obtaining oxidized black lead; weighing oxidized black lead (0.05-0.2 g), dispersing into water (50-200 mL), using ultrasonic to separate oxidized black lead comprising flaxen colloid, adding 80% hydrazine hydrate (1-4 mL), refluxing for 16-30 hours under water bath at 100 degrees C, generating black sediment, vacuumizing, filtering, drying and obtaining reduced graphene powder; and adding reduced graphene powder into Milli-Q water, making content of the reduced graphene powder to 0.5-2 g/L, using ultrasonic to oscillate for 20-40 minutes and obtaining reduced graphene turbid liquid with uniformly dispersed black color.
