NOVELTY - A electro-spinning flexible ultra-thin lithium ion battery preparing method involves dispersing graphene, carbon nanotube and solvent ultrasonically to obtain a graphene/carbon nanotube colloidal solution, spraying graphene/carbon nanotube composite film cathode on a current collector using high pressure electrostatic spraying device and preparing a solid electrolyte material. The solid electrolyte material is electrified on the cathode film, followed by forming a layer of anode on the resultant film by electro-spinning using anode material spinning solution to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing electro-spinning flexible ultra-thin lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the electro-spinning flexible ultra-thin lithium ion battery with better conductivity, and better positive and negative contact performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A electro-spinning flexible ultra-thin lithium ion battery preparing method involves dispersing graphene, carbon nanotube and solvent ultrasonically to obtain a graphene/carbon nanotube colloidal solution, spraying graphene/carbon nanotube composite film cathode on a current collector using high pressure electrostatic spraying device and preparing a solid electrolyte material.
