NOVELTY - Compound magnetic lubricant additive comprises 10-120 pts. wt. tall oil amide borate, 5-15 pts. wt. hydroxy silane coated iron, cobalt and graphene particles, 5-15 pts. wt. polyisobutylene succinimide, 2-7 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. molybdenum oxide and 10-20 pts. wt. calcium sulfonate. USE - Compound magnetic lubricant additive. ADVANTAGE - The compound magnetic lubricant additive is safe and environmentally friendly, has improved lubrication performance, friction coefficient of 0.02, grinding spot diameter of 0.3 mm, and reduced waste oil emissions, effectively reduces friction and wear, and enhances lubrication effect significantly makes oil replacement cycle longer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing compound magnetic lubricant additive, which involves: (A) reacting tallow oleyl borate ester, hydroxysilane, cobalt, graphene particles, and polyisobutylene succinimide at 70 degrees C under ultrasonic treatment for 20-30 minutes; (B) adding lanthanum oxide and molybdenum oxide into reaction kettle at 120 degrees C with stirring at 500-1000 revolutions per minute for 70-100 minutes; (C) adding calcium sulfonate to the reaction kettle at 180 degrees C with stirring for 150-200 minutes; and (D) filtering the liquid under ultrasonic treatment for 20-60 minutes to get the finished complex magnetic lubricant additive.
