NOVELTY - High-safety plastic spraying soil comprises 17-25 wt.% silicate, 19-23 wt.% dolomite, 5-8 wt.% graphene, 8-15 wt.% matte glaze, 9-14 wt.% crack glaze, 6-11 wt.% kaolin, 3.5-7.5 wt.% emulsifier, 13-19 wt.% epoxy resin, 5.25-8 wt.% silicon powder, and 1.25-3.5 wt.% nickel powder. USE - Used as high-safety plastic spraying soil. ADVANTAGE - The high-safety plastic spraying soil: is resistant to seawater corrosion; improves the corrosion resistance of the coating; has simple production method; utilizes the easily available raw materials, has easy production, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-safety plastic spraying soil, comprising (i) adding each raw material; (ii) mixing kaolin, dolomite, graphene, matte glaze, cracked glaze and silicate admixture, and grinding to make a mixture; (iii) adding distilled water to the mixture in step (ii), heating to 55-75 degrees C, keep warming for 60 minutes, synchronously performing ultrasonic stirring, and then vacuum drying to obtain a lump mixture, and then performing water cooling, crushing and ball milling to obtain powder mixture; (iv) mixing epoxy resin, silicon powder and nickel powder and homogenizing and dispersing in a high-speed disperser for 30-40 minutes, and then allowing to stand to obtain liquid mixture; (v) adding the powder mixture in step (iii) and the liquid mixture in step (iv) to the reaction kettle, and adding the emulsifier simultaneously, stirring and heating and reacting for 45-70 minutes, and controlling the temperature at 40-55 degrees C; (vi) adding deionized water to the reaction kettle in step (v), maintaining at 55-70 degrees C, emulsifying for 60-120 minutes to obtain emulsified modified coating; (vii) after the emulsification of step (vi) is completed, heating to 55-75 degrees C, and stirring for 30-50 minutes while stirring, performing ultrasonic dispersion, after the stirring is completed, obtaining the mixture; (viii) drying and packaging the mixture in step (vii).
