NOVELTY - Graphene-carbon nano-tube hybrid reinforced aluminum bearing material comprises aluminum-20 tin aluminum-based bearing alloy as substrate, and copper-plated graphene and copper-plated carbon nanotubes as reinforcing materials, where the amount of copper-plated graphene is 0.1-3 wt.% of the substrate, and the amount of copper-plated carbon nanotubes is 0.1-3 wt.% of the substrate. USE - Used as graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced aluminum bearing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced aluminum-bearing material, comprising (i) adopting chemical plating for copper plating processing on graphene and carbon nanotube surface to obtain copper-plated graphene and copper-plated carbon nanotubes, (ii) preparing copper-plated graphene/copper-plated carbon nanotubes/aluminum-tin-copper-magnesium powder by ball milling, and (iii) cold pressing prepared copper-plated graphene/copper-plated carbon nanotubes/aluminum-tin-copper-magnesium powder, and then vacuum hot-press sintering to obtain aluminum based composite material, and then processing to obtain graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced aluminum-based composite material.
