▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive, comprises (i) mixing polyether polyol and graphene oxide, heating, vacuuming, and drying for a period of time, (ii) cooling the dried polyol and graphene oxide, adding diisocyanate, heating, controlling the isocyanate content to reach the set value, cooling, adding chain extender, hydrophilic chain extender and catalyst, adding acetone to control the viscosity, stirring evenly, heating, carrying out chain extension reaction, and when the content of isocyanate reaches the set value obtaining graphene oxide modified aqueous polyurethane prepolymer, (iii) adding neutralizer and water, and stirring evenly, and (iv) adding defoamer, stirring, heating, removing acetone under vacuum, cooling and filtering to obtain graphene oxide modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive. USE - The method is useful in the field of polymer synthesis. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the peeling strength, heat resistance and aging resistance of the adhesive by adding graphene oxide and utilizing its special structure to covalently bond with polyurethane.
