NOVELTY - An amine compound modified graphene film, is new, and is obtained by sequentially reducing graphene oxide film by amine compound solution containing amino groups. USE - Amine compound modified graphene film is used in preparation of graphene functional materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amine compound modified graphene film has low mechanical strength, improves the mechanical performance of the axial stress transfer and assembly body between the connecting graphene sheet, large area graphene sheet conjugate can form an expanded electronic cloud, so as to realize high electron mobility on the graphene sheet, tensile strength of the film is 1.70 ± 0.05 GPa, Young modulus is 131 ± 12 GPa, and the conductivity is 1.0×105S m-1.
