NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene film involves (a) supplying multiple plastic pellets and graphene powder, (b) mixing the graphene powder with 2 wt.% or less plastic pellets to prepare a mixed raw material, (c) melting the mixed raw material by heating to obtain a molten raw material, (d) pressing the molten material into a graphene plate, (e) stretching the graphene plate radially outward from points on the edge to outside, so that the graphene plate is expanded and thinned to form graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film (claimed) used in electrode separator of lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, omits the coating process of the coating layer, and produces graphene film having excellent rigidity.
