NOVELTY - Preparation of high quality graphene comprises soaking crystalline flake graphite in impregnating solution, stirring, taking out, and drying; adding to mixing tank with liquid rubber, moistening with rubber thinner, and stirring; pouring into strong peeling machine and stripping; adding to reaction vessel with first functional organic solvent, sealing, stirring, and dissolving; and centrifuging, adding second functional organic solvent, shaking, centrifuging, discarding supernatant, repeating ultrasonic dispersion-centrifugation, adding absolute ethanol, shaking, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging, discarding supernatant, and vacuum drying. USE - The method is used for preparing high quality graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method does not use strong acid or strong alkali, strong oxidants, and highly toxic substances and meets needs of environmental and economic green development. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high quality graphene comprises: (A) soaking crystalline flake graphite in impregnating solution at ratio of 0.5-5:100, stirring for 5-30 minutes, taking out, and drying, where impregnating solution comprises impregnating agent and absolute ethanol or isopropanol solvent at ratio of 1:2-20; (B) adding to mixing tank with liquid rubber, moistening with rubber thinner, and stirring for 5-30 minutes, where volume ratio of liquid rubber to diluent is 100:5-40 and mass ratio of liquid rubber to surface infiltration modified flake graphite is 100:1-70; (C) pouring into strong peeling machine and stripping at 300-1500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-200 minutes; adding to reaction vessel with first functional organic solvent, sealing, stirring at 80-180 degrees C for 3-16 hours, and dissolving; and (D) centrifuging at 1000-3000 rpm for 5-30 minutes, centrifuging at 5000-20000 rpm for 10-60 minutes, adding 30 volumes second functional organic solvent to precipitate, shaking for 15 minutes, centrifuging at 10000-12000 rpm for 15-25 minutes, discarding supernatant, repeating ultrasonic dispersion-centrifugation for 2-4 times, adding 30 times absolute ethanol, shaking, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-15 minutes, centrifuging for 15-25 minutes, discarding supernatant, and vacuum drying.
