▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel cobalt aluminum (NiCoAl)-layered double hydroxide (LDH)/nitrogen-graphene oxide (N-GO) composite material comprises dissolving GO in deionized water to obtain 1-2 mg/L GO solution, sonicating for 0.5-1 hour, adding ammonia at volume ratio of 1:10, stirring, transferring to reaction vessel, hydrothermally reacting to 120-160 degrees C for 24-48 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to separate solid, washing with water and ethanol, and vacuum drying to 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain N-GO; and dissolving 1-3 mmol nickel source, 1-3 mmol cobalt source, 1 mmol aluminum source and 15 mmol urea in 40 mL deionized water, adding 25-75 mg N-GO, stirring, transferring to reaction kettle, heating to 100-120 degrees C for 24-48 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with water and ethanol for 3 times, and vacuum drying to 60 degrees C for 24 hours. USE - The method is for preparation of nickel cobalt aluminum-layered double hydroxide/nitrogen-graphene oxide composite material used as electrode material for supercapacitor (claimed).
