▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemically exfoliated phosphated (EEP) graphene comprises a phosphorus-containing functional groups at surface of EEP graphene in amount sufficient to improve thermal stability of EEP graphene compared to graphene without the phosphorus-containing functional groups. USE - Electrochemically exfoliated phosphated graphene used as conductor, catalyst and electrocatalyst for electrooxidation, oxygen reduction, hydrogen oxidation, water electrolysis, and electrode reactions for electrode such as anode and cathode (all claimed), used for fuel cell, sensor and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemically exfoliated phosphated graphene has excellent high-temperature stability in air, high degree catalytic activity for phenol oxidation, high active surface area for oxidation, catalytic efficiency, and electrooxidation resistance. The electrochemically exfoliated phosphated graphene is manufactured with fewer defects, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for synthesis of EEP graphene, which involves applying an electrochemical exfoliation current to an exfoliation anode comprising graphite sample in phosphating electrolyte which is inorganic salt solution comprising diammonium phosphate and/or mono-ammonium phosphate.
