▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of molybdenum carbide/nitrogen-sulfur co-doped sponge graphene anode composite material comprises dissolving thiourea in graphene oxide solution, stirring, dissolving molybdenum source and carbon source, adjusting pH to 9-10 using tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, hydrothermal reacting at 180-220 degrees C, freeze-drying, and heat treating at 800-900 degrees C. Doped graphene comprises 4-10 wt.% nitrogen and 3-8 wt.% sulfur. Molybdenum carbide particle size is 20-100 nm. Composite material comprises 30-70 wt.% molybdenum carbide. USE - Method for preparing molybdenum carbide/nitrogen-sulfur co-doped sponge graphene anode composite material used for sodium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and inexpensive.
