NOVELTY - Soft material comprises 10-50 pts. wt. olefin block copolymer having melting temperature at 150-190 degrees C, 20-30 pts. wt. polypropylene-based polymer having melting temperature is 120-150?C and flow index of 0.15-0.35 g/minutes in the molten state at 200 plus minus 20 degrees C, 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene-stilbene cross-linked resin, with degree of cross-linking formed by the resin is about 50-70%, 1-5 pts. wt. inorganic fiber having ratio of length to diameter is 5-10:1, 1-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. rubber elastomer with size 5-100 mu m, 5-10 pts. wt. natural latex and 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, where the inside of the soft material contains closed pores, the pore diameter of the pores is 0.05-0.5 mm, and the total porosity is 10-30 vol.%. USE - The material is useful for sofa seats. ADVANTAGE - The material has high comfort and reasonable composition; ensures the soft material with excellent rebound resilience; improves comfort of the sofa seat and high-flexibility buffer performance; and provides good ventilation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing soft material comprising (i) blending olefin block copolymer at 150-190 degrees C, stirring uniformly for 10 minutes, adding polypropylene-based polymer, and stirring at 180-200 degrees C for 5-10 minutes; (ii) adding inorganic fibers, antioxidants, elastomers, natural latex, and dispersants at 90-120 degrees C and stirring for 10-30 minutes; and (iii) adding polystyrene-stilbene cross-linked resin and foaming agent to obtain a mixed composition.
