NOVELTY - The intelligent dimmer film comprises two graphene films (10,11) that are arranged with an electrolyte unit. A color changing electrode unit includes a graphene film. The graphene film is formed by tiling a natural graphene material on a transparent substrate. A natural structure of graphene is a graphene structure, which is naturally formed by the long-term geological evolution of the graphene. The color changing electrode units are arranged in a dislocation portion with a lead electrode. The electrolyte cell is embedded with a pad (5) to prevent the upper and lower electrodes unit contact. USE - Intelligent dimmer film for adjusting natural graphene fermi level by electrostatic adsorption doping. ADVANTAGE - The color changing electrode units are arranged in a dislocation portion with a lead electrode, where the electrolyte cell is embedded with a pad to prevent the upper and lower electrodes unit contact, and thus enables to realize the performance of intelligent light adjusting film.
