NOVELTY - High-strength anti-corrosion coating includes a primer and a protective layer, and the thickness ratio of the primer to the protective layer is (1.5-2):1; the primer includes 20-50 pts. wt. rosin modified o-cresol novolac epoxy resin-based vinyl ester resin, 10-25 pts. wt. quartz sand, 10-25 pts. wt. epoxy reactive diluent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyaniline modified graphene, 1-1.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 2.5-5 pts. wt. organic amine and 2-5 pts. wt. quartz sand; 15-28 pts. wt. urea composite material, 10-20 pts. wt. nylon resin, 20-25 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 4-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-9 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 2-8 pts. wt. dispersant and 2-8 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - The high-strength anti-corrosive coating is useful for protection, insulation, decoration, and plastic thin layer coated on a substrate e.g.metal, a fabric, and a plastic. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength anti-corrosion coating has good corrosion resistance, and good mechanical property, and can resist collision and friction in transportation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the high-strength anticorrosion coating, comprising: (1) taking each primer composition, mixing in the dispersing tank, adding deionized water, stirring at 50-70°C, 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes to obtain a primer; (2) mixing each protective layer coating in a dispersion tank, adding water, stirring at 80-100°C, 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 40-50 minutes to obtain a protective coating; (3) sandblasting the surface of the coating substrate, using 150-200 mesh corundum in the sandblasting treatment, the sandblasting pressure is 3-6 MPa, spraying sanding distance is 15-25 cm; (4) airless spray primer painting on the sand-blasted substrate, at intervals of 5-8 hours, airless spray protective layer paint, spraying temperature is 20-28°C.
