▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper nanocluster/graphene paper-based electrode is a graphene paper-based electrode modified by copper nanocluster composite. USE - Copper nanocluster/graphene paper-based electrode is used as working electrode for sensitive electrochemical detection of phthalosulfonamide in animal-derived food (all claimed), preferably animal feed and aquaculture. ADVANTAGE - The copper nanocluster/graphene paper-based electrode has high selectivity to phthalosulfonamide, high electrochemical activity, a linear range of 1-70 μM, a detection limit of 0.26 μM, small volume, low cost, improved rapidity, good stability and suitable for on-site detection, and effectively reduces the complex matrix component interference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) preparation of the copper nanocluster/graphene paper-based electrode, which involves using the copper nanocluster made of 1.16 g 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, water, 50 mL ethanol, 2.092 g copper acetate monohydrate, 0.771 g L-glutamic acid, 1 g dicyandiamide, and 5 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution, graphene solution made of 2.5 g graphite powder, 500 mL N-methylpyrrolidone solution, 10 mL graphene, and 300 mL water; and (ii) usage method of the copper nanocluster/graphene paper-based electrode as a working electrode for sensitive electrochemical detection of phthalosulfonamide in animal-derived food.
