NOVELTY - Electrostatic plastic powder coating comprises 53-57 wt.% hydroxy resin, 16-22 wt.% nano-precipitated barium sulfate, 16-20 wt.% nano-silica powder, 0.5-0.8 wt.% triglycidyl isocyanurate, 0.6-0.9 wt.% brightener, 0.001-0.003 wt.% nano-graphene, 0.4-0.6 wt.% nano-PTFE, and 0.4-0.6 wt.%. degassing agent. USE - As electrostatic plastic powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared plastic powder coating is wear-resistant and superhard, has good stability, is easy to operate, reduces energy consumption and saves costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a process for preparing the electrostatic plastic powder coating, comprising (a) weighing the hydroxy resin, nano-precipitated barium sulfate, nano-silica powder, triglycidyl isocyanurate, brightener, nano-graphene, nano-PTFE, and degassing agent, (b) mixing the raw material components weighed in step (a) and mixing to obtain a mixture, and melting the mixture and mixing at a high speed to form a fluid, cooling, tableting, and pulverizing to obtain flakes, and (c) grinding the flakes obtained in step (b) and sieving to obtain electrostatic plastic powder coating; and (2) a spraying process of the electrostatic plastic powder coating comprising spraying electrostatic plastic powder paint through an automatic spray gun, and generating a charged load on the powder particles through an electrostatic generator, forming the magnetic field-charged particles between the electrode and the sprayed metal component, which are uniformly attracted to the surface of the component to be sprayed under the action of electrostatic attraction, heating and melting and solidifying by a closed heating furnace, and forming a protective coating.
