NOVELTY - The graphene electric heating film base dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator has a graphene electro-thermal film whose surface is added with a layer of insulating layer. A surface of the layer is plated with an exposed electrode. The exposed electrode is adhered on a surface of another layer. The projection of the exposed electrode on a horizontal plane does not exceed the projection edge of the insulating sheet on the horizontal plane. A projection of a super-hydrophobic coating layer is overlapped with the projection of graphene electro heating film. A portion of the insulation layer will be exposed from a grid gap of the exposing electrode when viewed from bottom to top. The super-Hydrophobic layer layer will also be coated directly on the exposed insulation layer. USE - Dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator of graphene electric heating film base.
