▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high strength and toughness titanium carbide (IV) titanium alloy by co-strengthening comprises (1) placing boron powder and titanium carbide titanium alloy spherical powder in a planetary ball mill for ball milling to obtain boron-coated titanium carbide titanium alloy spherical powder, (2) placing the graphene material in ethanol and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene material solution, adding boron-coated titanium carbide titanium alloy to graphene material solution, mechanical stirring to obtain mixed slurry, drying, grinding, filtering to obtain graphene material coated boron coated titanium carbide titanium alloy powder, where the graphene material is graphene nanosheets, micron graphite flakes or graphene oxide, and (3) coating the graphene material with boron-coated titanium carbide titanium alloy powder for plasma sintering, rolling to obtain graphene-boron co-strengthened titanium carbide titanium alloy composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength and toughness titanium carbide (IV) titanium alloy by co-strengthening. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes co-strengthening of titanium diboride, graphene and titanium carbide. The titanium carbide titanium alloy: has good strong plastic matching; has a strength of up to 1500 MPa and a plasticity of up to 8%.
