▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene sandwich-type photothermal conversion film comprises irradiating polyimide with high-energy beam to obtain porous graphene material, and preparing thermoplastic polymer-graphene-thermoplastic polymer graphene sandwich-type photothermal conversion film by hot rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene sandwich-type photothermal conversion film. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes high-quality graphene, three dimensional porous graphene, and utilizes hot pressing technology to realize film formation of polymer graphene-polymer sandwich type mulch; integrates graphene material preparation with high photothermal conversion efficacy and composite film production into one step; has high light absorption performance of graphene endows film with full spectrum absorption ability, which realizes efficient light-to-heat conversion; achieves film-forming of composite material by hot rolling; is fast and economical. The graphene has high quality and high photothermal conversion efficacy; and is suitable for industrializ production.
