▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-loaded ruthenium-manganese composite comprises (i) dispersing the ruthenium salt, manganese salt and carbon carrier in a solvent, heating and ultrasonically processing until the solvent is evaporated to dryness, so the ruthenium salt and manganese salt are adsorbed on the carbon carrier to obtain an intermediate solid powder, and (ii) thermally reducing the intermediate solid powder in a reducing atmosphere, so the ruthenium salt and the manganese salt are decomposed and reduced to obtain a carbon-supported ruthenium-manganese alloy. USE - The carbon-loaded ruthenium-manganese composite is used for electrocatalytic reaction of acidic oxygen evolution and water anode catalyst for electrolysis of proton exchange membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the noble metal load amount, improves the catalyst catalytic efficiency and stability, thus solving the acidic electrolytic water technology problem, and reduces the catalyst cost, and improves the catalytic activity and stability of the ruthenium-based material. The method overcomes the traditional acidic oxygen precipitation catalyst noble metal dosage that is too high, poor activity and bad stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a carbon-loaded ruthenium-manganese composite prepared by the above method.
