▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant element-double bond-containing modified graphene flame retardant comprises graphene. The graphene is connected with 6-pteridinamine and p-aminostyrene through chemical bonds. The modified graphene flame retardant containing flame retardant elements and double bonds utilizes carbon-carbon double bonds on p-aminostyrene to participate in the synthesis polyaddition reaction of polymer polyols. USE - Used as flame-retardant element-double bond-containing modified graphene flame retardant. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene flame retardant ensures excellent flame retardant effect of the polyurethane product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified graphene flame retardant, comprising (i) ball milling graphite flakes and sodium chloride for 0.5-2 hours, (ii) adding p-aminostyrene and 6-pteridinamine, mixing and ball milling for 0.5-2 hours, and (iii) adding nitrite, mixing and grinding for 4-48 hours, washing, and vacuum drying.
