NOVELTY - Graphene oily dispersion comprises 0.1-10 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0-8 pts. wt. conductive agent and 80-120 pts. wt. solvent; where the solvent includes ester solvents, ketone solvents and/or alcohol solvents. USE - The graphene oil dispersion is useful for conductive inks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In the oily dispersion, graphene can not only maintain the flake structure uniformly dispersed in the specific oily graphite organic solvent, but also obtains a large-diameter graphene, and maintain flake structure without agglomeration, no curling, and better stability and dispersibility, better performance of graphene, no need to replace solvents, can be directly used in inks, which is more conducive to large-scale industrialization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oily dispersion, comprising (i) mixing the expanded graphite, dispersant and solvent and impregnating to obtain an expanded graphite mixture; (ii) shearing and peeling the expanded graphite mixture to obtain a pre-peeling dispersion; and (iii) homogenizing the pre-peeling dispersion liquid to obtain graphene oily dispersion liquid.
