NOVELTY - A pure graphite sheet is added to aqueous sodium cholate, obtained mixture is ultrasonically processed, centrifuged, and intermediate portion of obtained liquid is removed. Polyvinyl alcohol powder is added to obtained graphene suspension, heated and magnetically stirred, to obtain graphene-polyvinyl alcohol solution. Polyvinyl carbazole powder is added to toluene solution, and heated. The obtained polyvinyl carbazole solution and graphene-polyvinyl alcohol solution are alternately suspended on slide glass, to obtain photonic crystal graphene composite film. USE - Preparation of graphene composite film used for non-linear optical device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and efficient preparation of graphene composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 5 g/L Pure graphite sheet is added to 0.1 g/L aqueous sodium cholate, obtained mixture is placed in an ultrasonic bath, ultrasonically processed for 24 hours, aged for 24 hours, resultant mixture is centrifuged at speed of 1500 rpm for 90 minutes, and intermediate portion of obtained liquid is removed, to obtain graphene suspension. 8-24 g/L Polyvinyl alcohol powder is added to the graphene suspension, stirred, heated at 70-99 degrees C until polyvinyl alcohol powder is completely dissolved, and resultant mixture is magnetically stirred at room temperature and speed of 200-400 rpm for 6-8 hours, to obtain graphene-polyvinyl alcohol solution. 10-30 g/L Polyvinyl carbazole powder is added to a toluene solution, stirred, and heated at 40-60 degrees C until polyvinyl carbazole powder is completely dissolved, to obtain polyvinyl carbazole solution. The polyvinyl carbazole solution and graphene-polyvinyl alcohol solution are alternately suspended on a slide glass at speed of 4000-7000 rpm for 6-24 times i.e. 3-12 times polyvinyl carbazole solution and 3-12 graphene-polyvinyl alcohol solution, using a spin coater. The obtained photonic crystal graphene composite film is subjected to transmissive spectral measurement. The minimum light transmittance of photonic crystal graphene composite film is less than 70% at wavelength of 500-1500 nm.
