NOVELTY - Producing high-strength explosion-proof and wear-resistant polyvinyl chloride composite pipe, comprises mixing and dispersing polyvinyl chloride resin, heat stabilizer, lubricant, impact modifier, heat-resistant additive and reinforcing filler to obtain a mixture; then extruding and granulating, and adding the granulated material into the injection molding machine, carrying out plasticizing to obtain a high-strength explosion-proof and wear-resistant polyvinyl chloride composite pipe, the setting temperature of the barrel of the injection molding machine is 170-200℃, and the setting temperature of the mold is 40-50℃ under nitrogen atmosphere, adding poly-1,4-butanediol adipate diol into the mixture of toluene diisocyanate and catalyst, then adding diol and carrying out heating at 70℃ for 2 hours, and then adding perfluoro hexyl ethyl alcohol under nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to obtain an impact modifier. USE - The method is useful for producing high-strength explosion-proof and wear-resistant polyvinyl chloride composite pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces the surface energy of the impact modifier; and improves thermal stability and promotes low-temperature impact resistance and weather resistance of impact modifiers.
