▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite metal wire with composite coating on surface comprises (i) providing metal wire comprising a metal wire substrate and an initial graphene layer deposited on the surface of the metal wire substrate, (ii) coating solid carbon source on the surface of the metal wire, and (iii) using the roll-to-roll transfer method to transfer the wire coated with solid carbon source on the surface, and forming thickened graphene layer on the surface of the metal wire through an in-situ growth process during the transmission process. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite metal wire with composite coating on surface. ADVANTAGE - The method continuously prepares composite metal wire with ultra-thick graphene on the surface; and improves the performance of the composite metal wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite metal wire with composite coating graphene, comprising a metal wire substrate, an initial graphene layer deposited on the surface of the metal wire substrate, a thickened graphene layer covering the surface of the initial graphene layer, and the thickened graphene layer is formed by in-situ growth through a solid carbon source coated on the surface of the initial graphene layer.
