NOVELTY - Low temperature chitosan hydrogel comprises chitosan, graphene oxide and beta -glycerophosphate disodium. The concentration of graphene oxide is 0-0.3 wt.%. The concentration of chitosan is 1.5-2 wt.%. The molar concentration of b-glycerophosphate disodium is 0.131-0.327 mol/l. USE - Low temperature chitosan hydrogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing beta -glycerophosphate disodium, which involves dissolving graphene oxide in an ultrapure water, dropping acetic acid in the obtained mixture, dissolving graphene oxide in an ultrapure water, dissolving beta -glycerophosphate disodium in an ultrapure water, adding all the three mixture in an obtained mixture and stirring the obtained mixture below 37 degrees C; and (2) a method for preparing low temperature chitosan hydrogel, which involves adding acetic acid solution and beta -glycerophosphate disodium and keeping the obtained mixture in a refrigerator for removing bubble from the solution.
