NOVELTY - Transplanting tobacco floating seedlings and pulling plants under film comprises (i) stirring and mixing 1-2 pts. wt. beneficial microorganism, 30-40 pts. wt. white sugar, 3-4 pts. wt. beef extract peptone, and 1-2 pts. wt. yeast powder and placing on a shaking table for shaking treatment, placing in a vacuum drying oven for drying treatment, wrapping the inner core whole grain in a suspended state, and drying with cold air; (ii) soaking the tobacco seeds in the treatment solution, placing in the electrolytic cell, turning on the power supply, and soaking the ultrasonic probe in the treatment solution; (iii) placing the seedling substrate on a plate, and sowing the pretreated seeds into the seedling tray with 1-3 seeds per plug; (iv) carrying out intermittent acoustic-optical coupling treatment before seedling transplanting; and (v) transplanting the seedlings after the height of the seedlings grows to 16-20 cm by the method of transplanting under the film. USE - The method is useful for transplanting tobacco floating seedlings and pulling plants under film. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need repeated fertilization, water changes, and seed pretreatment before sowing, improves the germination characteristics of seeds, shortens the germination time of seeds, and performs intermittent acousto-optic wave coupling treatment before transplanting seedlings to promote cell division and differentiation, enhances the resistance of seedlings, comprehensive treatment to avoid uneven development of seedlings, can avoid the problem of uneven growth rate caused by uneven light source during the growth of seedlings, improves the survival rate of seedlings, reduces the number of transplants, and saves manpower and material resources.
