NOVELTY - The method involves printing (S110) the insulating carrier by using a three-dimensional printing technology. A conductor is laid (S120) on the insulation carrier. The three-dimensional printing technology is utilized (S130) to print an insulating layer on the insulated carrier, so as to seal the conductor between the insulating carrier and insulation layer. The carbon-containing conductor is made of graphite powder, carbon nano-tube material, or graphene material. USE - Method for manufacturing wiring harness used in electric appliance (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the wiring harness in a simple manner, and realizes automation, large batch production, fast processing speed, high precision, and high processing speed. The cost of wiring harness can be reduced, and the qualification rate of a wiring harness can be improved. The method allows laying hollow cooling pipe in the wiring- harness by pouring circulating cooling gas or cooling liquid, so that heat emitted by wiring harness can be circularly cooled at any time, thus reducing risk of wiring-wire harness fuse, and saving the material and wire harness cost. The conductor is used with a shielding layer so as to shield electromagnetic interference, thus ensuring stability of a signal in the conductor.
