▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based halogen-free flame retardant smoke suppressant comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 4-8 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, where the organic solvent is dimethylformamide or dimethyl sulfoxide, and the graphene oxide content is 0.1-1 mg/ml, and (ii) adding different ratio of phosphoric acid derivative, nitrogen-containing derivative, and ferrocene derivative to the graphene oxide solution obtained in the step (i), stirring and dissolving, adding catalyst, and heating to 90-130 degrees C for 2-6 hours, adding green reducing agent, continuing the reaction for 4-8 hours, filtering, washing, drying and grinding with a nylon membrane to obtain the graphene-based halogen-free flame retardant smoke suppressant. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based halogen-free flame retardant smoke suppressant. ADVANTAGE - The suppressant has simple preparation process, integrated acid source, gas source and smoke suppressing agent, and low hygroscopicity, and good compatibility with polyolefin matrix. The material has good flame retardant and smoke suppressing effect.
