NOVELTY - Continuous preparation method of nitrocellulose microporous membrane, comprises (a) adding 15-30 wt.% nitrocellulose, 30-60 wt.% solvent, 20-40 wt.% cosolvent and water (remaining amount) into the stirring tank, stirring at room temperature, filtering, and degassing to obtain casting liquid; (b) casting the casting liquid on the flat conveyor belt of the continuous running film making machine, and evaporating the casting liquid on the conveyor belt by hot air to obtain molded nitrocellulose microporous membrane; (c) drying and peeling off the molded nitrocellulose microporous membrane; and (d) washing the above-mentioned peeled nitrocellulose microporous membrane with water, drying, cutting and winding. USE - The nitrocellulose microporous membrane is useful in colloidal gold test paper and filtration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate. The nitrocellulose microporous membrane has good protein binding ability and is suitable for high-demand in vitro diagnostic test strips.
