NOVELTY - Nano wear-resistant ceramic composite protection construction method comprises e.g. (1) cleaning and welding the anchoring net, (2) pouring the wear-resistant ceramic coating into the forced mixer, pre-mixing uniformly, adding tap water and stir well, and stirring for 3-15 minutes after adding water, stirring, adding steel fibers into the mixer evenly and slowly according to the addition amount of 4-8% of the total mass of the material, where the added steel fibers cannot form lumps, and adding steel fibers and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes, and (3) starting the construction from a small area, pressing the nano wear-resistant ceramic coating tightly into the steel mesh during construction, where the application is dense, directly using the spatula on the construction surface to make it more uniform and tight, reaching the required thickness every time you apply it before the surface solidifies. USE - The method is useful for nano wear-resistant ceramic composite protection construction method, which is used in a power plant.Can also be used in boiler four-pipe, draught fan blade, coal powder pipeline elbow and steam turbine last stage blade. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic composite is convenient to construct, easy to maintain, firm and durable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly; and has high cost performance.
