NOVELTY - Preparing adriamycin-graphene quantum point loading system involves reacting organic compound pyrene in hot concentrated nitric acid and saltpeter through hydro-thermal method to carry out nitrification process. Product is diluted to remove acid and then filtered to obtain yellow 1,3,6-trinitrophenol pyrene. Yellow 1,3,6-trinitrophenol pyrene is reacted with sodium hydroxide solution, hydrazine and ammonium by ultrasonic processing in a high-pressure reaction kettle and heated to obtain compound water-soluble graphite quantum point product as graphene quantum dots (GQDs). USE - Method for preparing epirubicin-graphene quantum point loading system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare epirubicin-graphene quantum point loading system is easy to operate, ensures improved inhibition of Hela tumor cells and high drug loading rate, and has wide application prospect in biological medicinal field. Adriamycin (1 mg) is ultrasonic dispersed with graphene quantum point aqueous solution and phosphoric acid buffer solution (10ml) is added to maintain pH at 7.4. Product is mixed uniformly in dark and oscillated for 12-24 hours to obtain adriamycin loaded grapheme quantum point solution (10ml). Adriamycin loaded grapheme quantum point solution is vacuum dried. Adriamycin loaded grapheme quantum point loading system is mixed with deionized water and phosphoric acid buffer solution in oscillating culture tank to maintain pH at 7.4 to obtain slow release adriamycin loaded grapheme quantum point loading system, where concentration of adriamycin is (0.005-0.02mg/ml). Co-MTT method or (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) is used to detect cervical cancer Hela cells cell toxicity by installing adriamycin-graphene quantum point loading system in eppendorf tube and 75% alcohol is added, and note down logarithm period of growth Hela cell inoculating on 96 hole plates. Dulbecco's modified eagle medium is added in Hela cell culture medium and cultured for 24 hours, and then different concentration of adriamycin-graphene quantum point loading system, where complete culture medium is taken as control group, not inoculating cell as blank group, each group is set with 6 of multiple holes.
